01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Betwoin ("we", "us", "the platform"). By accessing the Betwoin website at betwoin.vip, downloading the Betwoin app, registering an account or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Betwoin platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. Betwoin reserves the right to update these Terms at any time — the effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.

By ticking the acceptance box during registration, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited and that all information you provide to Betwoin is accurate and truthful.

02 Account Registration

To use Betwoin's real-money gaming services, you must register an account. Registration is free and open to all eligible players. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and phone number.

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• Each person may hold only one Betwoin account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You must not register on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your account.
• Your account credentials — username and password — are your responsibility. Do not share them with anyone.
• You must notify Betwoin immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Betwoin reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership.

Betwoin may suspend or permanently close any account where the registration information is found to be false, incomplete or misleading. 03 Deposits and Payments

Betwoin accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and standard bank transfer. All transactions on the platform are processed in BDT — there are no currency conversion fees or international processing charges applied to deposits made through supported local payment methods.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• Deposits are credited to your Betwoin account instantly in most cases. Bank transfers may take up to one business day.
• You may only deposit from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Betwoin does not charge any fees on standard deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees — check with your provider before depositing.
• Betwoin reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal linked to a deposit.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your gaming balance.

Betwoin monitors all deposit activity for signs of fraud, money laundering or suspicious behaviour. Any account flagged during this process may be temporarily restricted pending review. We cooperate fully with relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

04 Withdrawals

Betwoin processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent fraud and protect players. You cannot withdraw to a payment method that has not been previously used to fund your Betwoin account.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Standard withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are processed within 3 minutes of request submission.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day depending on your bank.
• Betwoin does not charge withdrawal fees on standard amounts. Large withdrawals above ৳50,000 may be subject to additional verification.
• Withdrawals can only be made from your real-money balance. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• Betwoin reserves the right to delay any withdrawal pending identity or payment verification. You will be notified if additional documents are required.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

Betwoin offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section. By claiming any bonus on the Betwoin platform, you agree to these bonus terms in full.

Welcome Bonus: New players who register and make their first deposit on Betwoin are eligible for a 150% welcome bonus on their initial deposit. The bonus is credited automatically — no promo code is required. The welcome bonus is available to each new player once only.

• The welcome bonus carries a wagering requirement of 20x the combined deposit and bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots contribute 100%, Poker contributes 20%, and other games may contribute at different rates as specified in the active promotion details.
• The welcome bonus must be used within 30 days of being credited. Unused bonus funds expire after this period.
• Betwoin reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.
• Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering or any other method designed to exploit promotions — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed.

Reload bonuses, cashback offers and seasonal promotions are announced via the Betwoin platform and are subject to their own specific terms at the time of issue. General bonus terms in this section apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated.

06 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on Betwoin — including Poker, Slots, Esports, Tongits Go, Jackpot Bingo, Keno Bonus Number and Shade Dragon Fishing — operate using certified random number generation (RNG). Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by the platform, by Betwoin staff or by any player action outside of normal gameplay.

• Each game on Betwoin has its own specific rules. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing a wager.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round may be voided and your wager returned to your balance.
• Betwoin's decision on any disputed game outcome is final, subject to the review process described in Section 8.
• Live game results are recorded and stored. Any dispute must be raised within 72 hours of the game round in question.
• Betwoin reserves the right to remove any game from the platform at any time without prior notice.

Betwoin's RNG systems are tested and certified by independent third-party auditors. Certification records are available on request. The platform's published return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game reflect the long-term statistical average and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Betwoin platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Registering more than one account on the Betwoin platform.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place wagers or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in Poker or live card games.
• Using stolen, fraudulent or third-party payment methods to fund your account.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other players or Betwoin staff through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another player's account without their permission.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

Betwoin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion. Common reasons for suspension include suspected fraud, violation of these Terms, failure to complete identity verification or unusual account activity that triggers our security systems.

• If your account is suspended, you will be notified by email with a reason where possible.
• You may appeal a suspension by contacting [email protected] within 14 days of the suspension notice.
• During a suspension, access to your account balance will be restricted pending investigation.
• If a suspension is lifted following review, your full balance will be restored and access reinstated.
• If a suspension results in permanent closure due to a confirmed Terms violation, Betwoin reserves the right to forfeit any bonus-derived winnings. Real-money deposits may be returned at Betwoin's discretion after deducting any amounts owed.

Players may also voluntarily close their own account at any time by contacting the support team. If you close your account voluntarily, any remaining real-money balance will be processed as a withdrawal to your verified payment method within 5 business days.

09 Privacy and Data

• Betwoin is not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical faults or internet connectivity issues on your end.
• Betwoin is not responsible for any tax obligations that arise from your winnings. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with local tax laws.
• Betwoin's total liability to any player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident.

Nothing in this section limits Betwoin's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12 Changes to These Terms

Betwoin reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. For significant changes, Betwoin will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Betwoin platform after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
